Championship Golf in Longview, Washington
Premier Golf Course in Longview Washington
“Golf is deceptively simple and endlessly complicated; it satisfies the soul and frustrates the intellect. It is at the same time rewarding and maddening…and it is without a doubt the greatest game mankind has ever invented!”— Arnold Palmer
The 100+ year history of our club is evidenced by the stunning mature trees that line our fairways. Four sets of tees offer plenty of playability for golfers of all skill levels. And don't be fooled by the yardage. Ranging from 5,200 to 6,215 yards, this 'old school' course with its lush, tree-lined fairways, its small, fast-sloping greens, and its demanding par threes serves up plenty of challenges for even the best golfers. Beyond just independently interesting golf holes, Longview Country Club is a compelling golf course—a story that unfolds with every new tee shot and approach.
Founded in 1923, Longview Country Club's well-manicured fairways carve their way up, down, and around the hills overlooking downtown Longview. Look across emerald green fairways past the majestic western red cedars and Douglas-firs, and you'll catch picturesque views of the Columbia River and the valley below.
Without a doubt, it is the finest private golf course in Cowlitz County.
A short drive from Kalama and Woodland · 30 minutes north of Ridgefield · 45 minutes from Vancouver.
